Subscriptions and restore purchase
Web subscriptions are managed from Account with Stripe billing. Mobile App Store subscriptions are managed from your Apple ID subscriptions. If mobile access does not reconnect after subscribing, use Restore Purchase in the app.
Web dashboard access
The web dashboard is available for Basic and Pro accounts. If dashboard access does not match your subscription, include your account email and whether you subscribed on the web, iPhone, or iPad.
Bug reports and feature requests
Send bug reports and feature requests to hvacraipro@gmail.com. Include your account email, device type, app or browser used, the screen where it happened, what you expected, what happened instead, and screenshots when useful.
