Terms of Use for HVAC/R AI Pro.
These Terms cover the HVAC/R AI Pro mobile app, website, and web dashboard, operated by Cowboy G Industries LLC.

Acceptance of Terms
By using HVAC/R AI Pro after these Terms take effect, you agree to them, subject to any presented affirmative acceptance requirement. If the service presents an acceptance control, you must affirmatively accept; continued use alone does not satisfy that requirement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
HVAC/R AI Pro supports HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting, estimates, airflow work, and job organization for trained professionals and apprentices working under supervision. Our intended markets are the United States and Canada. This describes our intended audience, not a technical location restriction or a promise that access is blocked elsewhere. It does not waive any rights or protections mandatory law gives you. Use the service lawfully and responsibly, following applicable codes, safety procedures, manufacturer instructions, and field conditions.
Accounts and access
Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Feature access depends on your account, usage limits, and subscription. Saved History and saved work can require a paid plan even when a Preview request leaves service records.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Apple handles iOS purchases, Stripe handles web subscriptions, and RevenueCat coordinates subscription access. If an Android purchase option is offered, Google Play handles it. Plans, prices, renewal terms, and cancellation details are shown during purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the billing provider’s rules. Manage web billing through Account where available, App Store subscriptions through Apple, and applicable Android subscriptions through Google Play. Refunds follow the provider’s policies and applicable law. Deleting a chat, folder, or account does not cancel a subscription; cancellation and data deletion are separate actions.
AI guidance and professional judgment
AI recommendations, estimates, and summaries are informational and can be wrong. Estimates are not binding quotes, invoices, warranties, or guarantees of cost. HVAC/R AI Pro does not provide licensed legal, financial, or engineering advice. It does not replace professional judgment, licensing, safety procedures, codes, equipment manuals, or on-site diagnosis. Verify outputs before relying on them, and take responsibility for your field decisions.
No emergency use
Do not rely on HVAC/R AI Pro as your only guidance in emergency, hazardous, life-safety, electrical, combustion, refrigerant, pressure, or other high-risk situations. Follow safety procedures and contact qualified emergency, utility, manufacturer, or supervisory resources when needed.
Submitted content and AI processing
You are responsible for material you submit, must have the right to share it, and should avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Choosing to submit an AI request is the action that sends its content and necessary metadata to OpenAI; there is no separate AI-permission step. Chat requests include your Firebase account user ID (UID), chat ID, turn ID, plan tier, and request kind as metadata, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not automatically send your account email address, password, or payment details, but information you include in a prompt or attachment can be sent. We and OpenAI may process and store request information as described in the Privacy Policy. This action does not enable optional Usage Analytics or Crash Reports. Equipment Scanner reads supported label text locally; material is sent to Chat only when you later choose to attach it.
User conduct and fair use
Do not submit illegal, harmful, offensive, infringing, or unsafe content; interfere with security or service operation; access another user’s data without permission; abuse usage or concurrency limits; reverse engineer protected features except where mandatory law preserves that right; or violate applicable laws, export rules, or sanctions. We may limit, suspend, or end access for abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or excessive use.
Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains information use and retention. Chat history is saved until you delete the chat or your account. Deletion may take time or require retries or support; limited security, billing, legal, recovery, provider, and backup records may remain. We do not promise immediate or universal erasure. Signing out does not delete data, request provider deletion, or cancel a subscription. Contact support@hvacrai.com for deletion help; we may need to verify your identity. A request is not confirmation of completed deletion.
Intellectual property
Cowboy G Industries LLC or its licensors owns the service’s branding, interface, software, and related materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on compatible devices. Do not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without permission, except where mandatory law preserves those rights. This section does not transfer ownership of content you submit to us or our licensors.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Subject to rights and remedies mandatory law preserves, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. To that extent, you assume the risks of using it and acting on its outputs. Cowboy G Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or damages from reliance on AI content, field decisions, service unavailability, or third-party platform issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to HVAC/R AI Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where mandatory law prohibits it.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to rights and protections mandatory law preserves, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Cowboy G Industries LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, reliance on AI outputs, or installation, repair, diagnostic, or field decisions.
Availability and third-party services
Technical problems or third-party services can cause errors, delays, or outages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cowboy G Industries LLC is not responsible for third-party failures, data handling, or billing actions. This does not exclude our obligations under privacy or data-protection law, including when providers process information for us.
Changes, termination, and governing law
We may publish updated Terms with an effective or updated date. If an acceptance control is presented, affirmative acceptance is required; continued use alone does not satisfy it. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or law. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and Alabama law unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Alabama courts unless mandatory law requires another forum.
